Rail

The best way to enjoy the festival is to make a day of it. Hurstbridge is the last station on the Hurstbridge line, which is part of Melbourne’s suburban rail network. Plan to take the Metro train from your nearest station (or drive to a station along the Hurstbridge line) for a hassle free arrival at the heart of the township. Metro trains will be running to their usual Sunday timetable, with a Sunday saver ticket you’ll travel at a greatly reduced rate.
For more information on planning your trip with Metro go to www.metrotrains.com.au

Car
If you are coming by car the melways reference for the Hurstbridge township is 185 J8. Hurstbridge is a 40 minute drive from Melbourne CBD and a pleasant 12 minute rural drive from Greensborough. Signs will direct you to car parking once you arrive in the township.

Buses

We have buses leaving from Eltham, Diamond Creek and Wattle Glen Railway stations between the normal Metro Trains.  If you park at any of these stations you can leave by bus or train every 15 minutes.  Return buses will be operating so you can return to your vehicle.
